Portfolio-style platform combines geolocation, translation, and secure payments to help service providers grow and clients connect with confidence.
Boston, MA — October 30, 2025 — A new platform is reshaping how local service providers and clients connect across communities in the United States. Zdo brings together what many small businesses have long sought: visibility, trust, and security — all in one place.
According to the U.S. Small Business Administration ( 2024), there are 34,7 million small businesses in the country. Of these, about 7.7 million are owned by immigrant entrepreneurs - a group that drives local economies and represents an essential part of America's business landscape. Zdo serves this diverse audience, connecting service providers and local clients through accessible technology with a strong community purpose.
Created by Denis Silva in partnership with João Antonio, Zdo was born out of real experiences from entrepreneurs who faced language and networking barriers when trying to expand their businesses into new markets. The platform helps local companies reach nearby clients, showcase their services, and build relationships based on transparency and trust.
Zdo helps small businesses connect safely with local clients, in their own language — all within an inclusive and easy-to-use digital space.
“Zdo was developed to make local business growth accessible to everyone,” explains co-founder João Antonio. “We started by listening to small business owners who told us they needed a simpler, safer, and more inclusive way to reach new customers. That’s exactly what Zdo delivers.”
For entrepreneurs like Viny Silva, owner of Sunrise Pool Care in Orlando, managing multiple apps has become part of everyday life. “Today I use three or four different platforms just to handle leads, estimates, scheduling, payments, and client messages,” he explains. In Florida, one of the states with the highest presence of new business, Zdo emerges to simplify that reality. The platform bringing these essential functions together in a single, inclusive app, allowing business owners like Silva to focus on what truly matters: serving their customers well and growing their business.
Key Features
- ZIP-code–based geolocation for nearby service discovery
- Real-time translation and in-app chat
- Verified business profiles with photos, ratings, and reviews

The Zdo presentation tour begins in Boston on November 3 and 4, continuing through New York (November 5-7), Miami, and concluding in Orlando on November 11 and 12. The series marks Zdo’s official introduction to the market, focusing on active listening and collaboration with local entrepreneurs, community organizations, and media, showing how technology can drive both social and economic inclusion.
Recognized as one of the country’s leading innovation hubs, Boston is home to thousands of small businesses founded by entrepreneurs from around the world. According to Boston Indicators, one in every three business owners in the region is foreign-born.
“Zdo was created from real experiences,” says founder Denis Silva. “When someone arrives in a new country, it’s not always easy to reach clients outside their own community. With Zdo, entrepreneurs can verify their identity, register their business using an EIN, create a portfolio with photos and reviews, and connect directly with nearby clients.”
The platform’s secure payments, powered by Strip, ensure that funds are released only after services are complete and confirmed – providing transparency and trust for both clients and providers.
“Everything is transparent, fast, and reliable — which builds confidence for both clients and the businesses,” adds João Antonio, co-founder and Vice President.
Unlike other platforms that sell leads or charge per contact, Zdo works through a low-cost subscription model, providing technology and visibility for service providers at an affordable price.
Privately funded, Zdo goes live in November 2025, with plans to expand to new markets after validating its model and partnerships through this first presentation series.
“Our goal is simple,” says Silva. “To make the work, talent, and entrepreneurship of small businesses visible, valued, and paid — with trust and security.”
Service providers and small business owners can join the waitlist or download Zdo starting November 15, 2025, at www.zdo.it.com.
